Here's how . . . We need you for the first 1/2 hr on the phone to learn about your customers and business. After that, we go away and do the work!
- Evaluate at least 5 online media tools that suit your company's needs. Unless you suggest a reason not to, we typically use Twitter, Facebook, and a blog and the websites that accompany them. BUT, each company is different. For example, some may need more of a local presence and are interested local networks while others may need a LinkedIn profile.
- Setup all of the accounts, profiles, links, etc.
- Integrate for cross platform updating.
- Generate document describing each tool, login information, basic "how to" information, and suggestions for content for you to use in each tool.
- Send it all off to you. You take your time reviewing it. After a week, we follow up to arrange a 1 hr, one-on-one (or one-on-several if you're working with a team) Q&A/training call so that you can be sure you know how to use the tools going forward.
